Hurricane & Storm Damage Roof Repair in South Florida
Storm and hurricane damage, handled start to finish
Detailed damage documentation after named storms, permanent repairs and a team that has worked through many insurance claims.
After a storm, we inspect the roof and document the damage with photos and measurements, then repair or replace what the storm damaged.
We work alongside your adjuster so the claim reflects the full scope of work required to bring the roof back to code. Your policy and the carrier decide what is covered.
What's included
- Storm damage roof inspections
- Photo and measurement damage reports
- Meeting with your insurance adjuster
- Repair or full replacement to current code
- Interior water damage referrals
- Impact windows and doors to harden the home
The first hours after a storm
Stay safe first. Stay off the roof, keep away from downed power lines, and stay out of rooms where the ceiling is wet or sagging.
Take photos and video of the damage you can see from the ground and from inside the house, and note the date and time.
Stop more water where you safely can: move belongings, put out buckets and call us for an inspection.
Report the damage to your insurance company soon. Florida law sets deadlines for filing property claims, and your policy explains them.
What our damage report includes
Photos of each damaged area, measurements, the roof type and materials, and notes on what needs repair or replacement to meet current code. You can share it with your insurance company and your adjuster.
Repair or full replacement after a storm
Storm damage doesn't always mean a new roof. If the damage is limited, we repair it to match. If it is widespread, Florida's 25% rule may require bringing the whole roof up to current code, unless the roof was built or replaced under the 2007 Florida Building Code or later. We explain which applies before any work starts, and a full roof replacement is quoted in writing.
Get ready for the next storm
Impact windows and doors and a roof built to current code make a home much harder to damage. Some of this work may qualify for My Safe Florida Home grants.

What homeowners say
“After a tropical storm, we weren't sure if our roof had suffered any damage. The inspection gave us confidence that everything was still in good condition except for one small area they repaired.”
“I expected the free inspection to be a quick look from the ground, but they were incredibly thorough. The report included photos and clear explanations that even I could understand.”
